There must be a terrible bug in Yard 10

The bottom right blue tube doesnt turn properly. Im sure it should turn the other way, otherwise the level is actually impossible to complete. Ive watched a video walkthrough from 2 years ago and it does appear to turn the other way. I think it has come with the update. Please fix because the game is beautiful !!
